This is the last post of its kind for the year. I can’t believe 2020 is about to end. This has been an extremely long and short year and full of happenings, shall we say? Let’s say goodbye to a couple more books before the year ends.

Book #1
Save the Date by Morgan Matson
Charlie Grant’s older sister is getting married this weekend at their family home, and Charlie can’t wait for the first time in years, all four of her older siblings will be under one roof. Charlie is desperate for one last perfect weekend, before the house is sold and everything changes. The house will be filled with jokes and games and laughs again. Making decisions about things like what college to attend and reuniting with longstanding crush Jesse Foster all that can wait. She wants to focus on making the weekend perfect.
The only problem? The weekend is shaping up to be an absolute disaster. There’s the unexpected dog with a penchant for howling, house alarm that won’t stop going off, and a papergirl with a grudge.
There are the relatives who aren’t speaking, the (awful) girl her favorite brother brought home unannounced, and a missing tuxedo. Not to mention the neighbor who seems to be bent on sabotage and a storm that is bent on drenching everything. The justice of the peace is missing. The band will only play covers. The guests are all crazy. And the wedding planner’s nephew is unexpectedly, distractedly cute.
Over the course of three ridiculously chaotic days, Charlie will learn more than she ever expected about the family she thought she knew by heart. And she’ll realize that sometimes, trying to keep everything like it was in the past means missing out on the future.
Verdict: Remove
I did enjoy the other book I read by this author but at this point, I am simply not interested in this one. If and when I pick it up, it will be updated on Goodreads anyway.
Book #2

Verdict: Keep!
I am still very interested in this one. I just have to find a copy of it to read. I don’t know why but I am set on a physical copy.
Book #3
The Sisters of the Winter Wood by Rena Rossner

So, I had to think it over for a while before I decided on this one. I have been dithering about for so long that I think it’s time to let it go. Clearly, I haven’t made up my mind in all this time, it’s very unlikely to change anytime soon.
Book #4
The Demigod Files by Rick Riordan
How do you handle an encounter with Medusa on the New Jersey interstate? What’s the best way to take down a minotaur? Become an expert on everything in Percy’s world with this must-have guide to the Percy Jackson and the Olympians series.
Verdict: Remove
Umm…don’t come at me but I have lost all interest in anything even remotely Percy Jackson so keeping this on my TBR is a bit useless.

I am still very interested in this one if only because of the lure of Tristan and Iseult. So, yeah, this stays for now. When will I read it? Who knows? Not me.
