WWW Wednesday

Hello bookworms!!!

It’s been a good week, reading wise, I also got obsessed with a show so there’s that. I might have finished the said show on Sunday and I am still tempted to re-watch it.

This meme was formerly hosted by MizB at A Daily Rhythm and revived on Taking on a World of Words.

The Three Ws are:

What are you currently reading?
What did you recently finish reading?
What do you think you’ll read next?

+++++

Currently Reading

The Black Prism by Brent Weeks

I am about to finish this one soon and I have to admit that apart from the weird male gaze thing, I have been really liking this book so far. I am so glad that I do like it because I had already bought the next books so I was hoping against hope that I would like it enough to continue with it.

Recently Finished

Earthlings by Sayaka Murata

Okay, so this book is not what it seems. The author bamboozled me in the worst way possible. That doesn’t take away the fact that it’s brilliantly written though. I mean, I am guessing fooling the reader was a goal while the cover entices you with one thing and you are then smacked with another and the thing is, both are equally interesting. It’s weird and I am not sure I like it. Review to come!

Reading Next

Who Knows? I sure don’t.

I might pick up the next book in the Lightbringer series if I am done with The Black Prism or I might start another e-ARC. Only Gods know this, I am not blessed yet.

+++++

And that’s it for this week. Have you read any of the books yet? If so, which one is it and did you like it? Also are any of these on your tbr if you haven’t read them yet? Tell me all about it in the comments below! Also don’t forget to tell me what you are currently reading!
