WWW Wednesday

Hello bookworms!!!

I have finished three books and I am happy with myself for the first time in a while as far as reading goes. So I am not going to jinx myself by doing anything else but being happy about it. No expectations and no pressure, just reading as I feel like it.

This meme was formerly hosted by MizB at A Daily Rhythm and revived on Taking on a World of Words.

The Three Ws are:

What are you currently reading?
What did you recently finish reading?
What do you think you’ll read next?

Currently Reading

The Thousand Deaths of Ardon Benn by Tyler Whitesides

I am absolutely loving this book so far, I am only a quarter of the way through but this is such a fun ride and such a unique magic system too! I am hoping that the rest of the book is also going to be just as good! I requested it from NetGalley after hearing one of my bookstagrammers gushing about it. I can see why she was so enamoured with it.

Recently Finished

Empire of Sand by Tasha Suri

It took me a hot minute to pick up the reading with this one but once it hit about halfway mark, I hit the ground running, I could not put it down. I loved the rites that were dances, I loved the language used, I loved Amun and my heart broke for him. I absolutely admired Mehr’s growth, it was glorious but in a subtle way.

Chaos Vector by Megan E. O’Keefe

Oh, god. If I loved Velocity Weapon then I loved this one even more. Somehow this book is even better than the first one and it’s just so very well written. The character growth, the found family, the…everything about it is just so good, okay?

Vengeance of Hope by P. J. Berman

I enjoyed this one, it was a fast read and while I do have some problems with it, it was still a pretty good book. Review will most likely come in the coming week.

Reading Next

The Black Prism by Brent Weeks

I might pick this one up again. I think I reached about hundred pages before I kinda lost my mood for it but it’s still something I am very much interested in picking up. So this one is a possibilities.

And that’s it for this week. Have you read any of the books yet? If so, which one is it and did you like it? Also are any of these on your tbr if you haven’t read them yet? Tell me all about it in the comments below! Also don’t forget to tell me what you are currently reading!
