Hello bookworms!!!
It’s Wednesday and I am so glad I kind of plan my posts because I am not well at the moment and it absolutely sucks too. In any case, here we go again.

Currently Reading
The Uninhabitable Earth: Life After Warming by David Wallace- Wells
At this point, it feels like I will be reading this book forever. Or at least for the year. I think I will only mention it again when I finish it. I mean, how many times can I get away with mentioning that I am still reading the bloody book?
The Raven Boys by Maggie Stiefvater
Ever since Saturday? Saturday, I haven’t really been able to decide what I want to read and whenever I get like this, I end up re-reading something and this time, it’s The Raven Boys. I only picked it up last night and am only 90 pages in. I am not sure if I will re-read the entire series though. I do want to read new things but my mind hasn’t been in the best place because of my health.

Recently Finished
The Mercies by Kiran Millwood Hargrave
I finally read it and it was so good. Not happy or anything but atmospheric and just sad but the writing was so great. The review will be posted this weekend, I should think.
Ormeshadow by Priya Sharma
This was such a gorgeously written book, filled with all the achy parts of being a dysfunction family. There was a hint of magic and there was a coming of age story, filled with snippets of a young boy. Read it in a day! Review will be up soon.
Abhorsen by Garth Nix
Yay for finally finishing the Abhorsen trilogy. Being sick had its advantages, I suppose. I absolutely loved the last two books in the series and Abhorsen was a great concluding novel too! Review for the book is already up, you can read it here.
Color Outside the Lines by Misc. Edited by Sangu Mandanna
I have been reading these stories for a while and forgot to update it in Goodreads. I finished it on Friday, I think? I enjoyed a lot of the stories and even the ones I did have a tiny problem with were pretty awesome on their own. Anthologies tend to fall 50/50 all the time with me, I think.

Reading Next
A Little Life by Hanya Yanagihara
I have been feeling down enough and I feel I need a good cry but I also don’t want to be emotionally scarred by this one. So I am a bit iffy about it right now. For now, this one is in the maybe category.
Annihilation by Jeff Vandermeer
I know. It’s like a one giant leap from A Little Life but I thought if I needed change from A Little Life then this is about as different as possible. I also want to sort of finish this series too. So let’s see how it goes.
+++++
And that’s it for this week! Have you read any of the books yet? If so, which one is it and did you like it? Also are any of these on your tbr if you haven’t read them yet? Tell me all about it in the comments below! Also don’t forget to tell me what you are currently reading!
So glad you liked the abhorsen trilogy!!
